Reporting to the Senior Director, Global FP&A, the Senior Manager will be pivotal in advancing our Global revenue analytics capabilities, from identifying business challenges to implementing solutions that give insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, with a determined approach to solving problems, aligning processes, and measuring key business metrics.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive Global revenue analytics reports and dashboards that drive transparency into revenue performance.
- Lead the design, implementation, iteration, and optimization of revenue reporting and forecasting processes including Global pipeline and pulsing activities.
- Drive consistent reporting and processes across the globe.
- Manage and execute initiatives from start to finish, including cross-functional project management, data collection and manipulation, analysis and modeling, and the communication of insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Finance leadership to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis on projects of a varying nature and complexity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in revenue analytics, financial analysis, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related applications
- Experience with financial systems such as Essbase, Workday, Salesforce or others
- Proven track record in managing and leading analytics teams and projects
- Demonstrated ability to perform open ended analyses in a fluid environment where answers are not always obvious
- Ability and courage to challenge status quo
- Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex financial events in layman terms, in a clear and concise manner
- Ambitious and motivated self-starter
- Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
