Who we are looking for:

As a Delivery Intern at VML, you will be part of the Delivery/Project Management team and work closely with other members to

assist in ground-level project execution. You will learn how to better understand client business practices and operations, and

gain experience in the process and execution of project management.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with project timelines and requirements

• Communicate progress and expectations, and escalate problems to project lead(s) for awareness and/or resolution

• Support delivery and client engagement lead(s) and team in driving internal and external communications (scheduling

meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensuring follow-up on intermediate and milestone

deliverables, etc.)

• Facilitate project team communications and workflows

• Organize and maintain project documentation and deliverables

• Supporting requirements for gathering and refinement, including stakeholder interviews (and any required gap

analysis), gathering and organizing supporting information, analyzing data and prepping summary reports; may

function as a stakeholder proxy both authoring and validating acceptance criteria

• Passion and desire to pursue a career in a related field (marketing or advertising)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail, willingness to ask questions, and ability to follow up
