As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and document visitor, employee, and/or contractor activity in accordance with location protocols.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or policy concerns, and support site personnel with professionalism and attention to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania only.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
