Job Description

Our company is seeking an Associate Warehouse Technician for our Omaha, Nebraska site. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your skills in a dynamic, biopharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, order fulfillment, inventory control, and distribution.
• Assists in creating and reviewing integrated processes among internal functions such as operations and logistics.
• Maintain key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain goals.
• Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
• Understands the importance of receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods to customers and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in warehouse operation, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Able to perform numerous warehouse roles from receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have the ability to influence and motivate others. They should have excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Be proficient and flexible to change duties at any time.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP systems.
• PIV experience
• Able to work in a high paced warehouse environment.
