The dedicated Regional Marketing Specialist will be the point person for running production for the regional campaigns once they are agreed upon by the Regional Aftersales Marketing Specialists, Client and Stakeholders. They are responsible with using Confluence to handle and coordinate marketing campaigns, guaranteeing smooth execution and adherence to processes. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and the client to maintain campaign integrity and success. They are capable of leading all aspects of projects for multiple business owners. This role requires a solid project management background and the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills to ensure project success.
About You:
You demonstrate project management proficiency and have a track record of successfully leading projects of varying sizes. Your financial competence ensures projects stay within budget, and your talent for forming relationships fosters effective collaboration with teams and clients. You are adaptable, resourceful, and excel at handling contending priorities.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Management: Review briefs, enter, update, and run campaigns via Confluence, ensuring data accuracy and process alignment with organizational standards.
Schedule Management: Build and maintain campaign timelines. Collaborate with teams to ensure campaigns are completed on time.
Quality Assurance: Audit campaign materials during the deployment stages to verify accuracy to the original request and address potential issues. Collaborate with the internal team for comprehensive evaluations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the RAMS, Regional Marketing Teams, Concierge team and other partners to supervise campaign readiness and deployment. Facilitate communication among team members to ensure seamless execution.
Process Oversight: Provide ongoing updates to team members about campaign status and workflows. Document and communicate processes for onboarding new vendors or applications.
Partner Engagement: Participate in regular meetings with internal and external partners to discuss campaign progress and resolve queries.
Reporting: Provide campaign reporting internally and for client review as needed.
Risk/Issue Management: Identify campaign risks and lead development of mitigation strategies. Serve as a point of contact for addressing campaign issues as they arise.
What you’ll need:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related field
Preferred certifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification <
