  • Strong consulting acumen to engage with federal health clients, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver strategic insights that support mission outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, computer science or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) or generative models (e.g., VAEs, GANs, Diffusion Models)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated ability to understand/grasp business needs, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide strategic direction and guidance on emerging AI technology trends
  • Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain HHS/FDA Suitability background investigation
