Director of Quality and Data Systems

At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, quality isn’t just a department—it’s at the core of everything we do. We’re seeking a visionary leader to step into the role of Director of Quality and Data Systems, guiding our organization to new levels of excellence, compliance, and innovation.

As a strategic partner to the Vice President/General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind:

• Shaping quality strategy that ensures our products exceed the highest industry standards.
• Leading compliance and audit programs, ensuring we not only meet but set the benchmark for regulatory excellence.
• Harnessing data systems and performance metrics to fuel smarter decisions, improve processes, and deliver measurable results.
• Inspiring and mentoring teams, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven track record in quality management, continuous improvement, and data systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A passion for driving change and creating systems that last.
• A degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
