For Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Munich GmbH we are looking for a Laboratory Assistant / Technical Assitant (m/f/d) – ATMP and Biologics Department for the Munich location as soon as possible.

Job Description

• Laboratory assistance in setting-up and optimization as well as validation of new bioassays
• Development, validation and conduction of molecular biologic test methods (e.g. qPCR)
• Routine testing to measure biologic activity of biopharmaceutical products under GMP (cell-based assays, ELISAs, FACS analysis and qPCR)
• Sterile work with viruses and vectors in cell-based assays
• Laboratory work and documentation in compliance with GMP regulations

Qualifications

• Education as BTA/ MTA/ CTA/ Laboratory assistant or equal
• Self-confident and safe handling of sterile work (cell culture, viruses, vectors)
• Experience in DNA extraction and PCR methods, multichannel  pipette handling and 96 well plate formats are beneficial
• Very good communication and team skills
• Knowledge in German or English skills
• Experience in working under GLP or GMP is beneficial
