Your profile

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field
Experience working with ERP software, SAP is a strong plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Advanced knowledge in Excel
Solid knowledge of US GAAP
Preferred 3-5 year of accounting experience
Prior experience with multi states and branches a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Able to work independently and meet financial deadlines
Work well under pressure and ability to multitask

Your Duties

Check job profits and losses during month-end close, follow up with Branch and NA accounting team to make sure costs and revenues are properly booked in the correct accounting period.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile related GL accounts for Payroll posting, Vacation accrual, fringe benefits, etc.
Compile and report monthly financial results and KPI's for CFO review and distribute to Management and Branch Managers
Coordinate with Accounting team and Austria Head Office accounting team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Work closely with NA accounting team to identify process improvements opportunities and assist CFO improve and implement new processes and procedures.
Monitor and report to Management of Fixed Assets additions and disposals.
All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
