#LI-HybridThe Associate Director, Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Platform Enablement will be a key contributor to Novartis’ strategy and execution of initiatives that will build competitive advantage in RLT by establishing Novartis as the RLT leader, and ensuring Novartis is recognized as a leader across a platform of radioligand therapies. Reporting to the Director, RLT Platform Enablement, this integral role will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and implement initiatives that span across multiple indications, prescriber types, and functions to deliver on the overall strategy that will support RLT becoming a key pillar of oncology care as well as drive Novartis leadership in the RLT space.
This position will be located in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation, and only local candidates will be considered. This position will require 5% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the pull-through of strategic RLT Platform initiatives that align with the newly established Platform Positioning and North Star.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking RLT platform roadmap, integrating insights from competitive intelligence, market research, and internal stakeholder feedback to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee execution for RLT enablement workstreams and opportunities.
- Monitor progress and support performance vigilance in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Insights & Decision Sciences (IDS), Novartis Patient Services (NPS), Integrated Marketing Organization (IMO), etc.).
- Maintain a strategic point of view in the RLT space, analyzing trends, opportunities, and best practices across accounts and HCPs for both products. Liaise with competitive intelligence to monitor platform level trends and competitive differentiation.
- Support early launch preparations (enablement focused) for future RLT indications and pipeline
- Manage budget dedicated to multiple initiatives dedicated to drive RLT enablement
- Support the development of leadership presentations to provide milestone updates related to the RLT Platform.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, patient services, market access, or relevant consulting
- Curious individual with passion for problem solving
- High level of comfort with ambiguity; ability to strive in high pressure environment
Desirable Requirements:
- Radio pharmaceutical experience highly preferred
- Customer-facing experience
Novartis Compensation Summary:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $132,300 and $245,700 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
