As an Industrial Security Analyst, your role at the Melbourne, Florida facility will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develops and administers security programs and procedures for DOD closed areas, proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access site related activities and materials. Conducts security education classes, security audits and physical site assessments. Knowledge of DOD closed area requirements for new and existing construction.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of security experience or an additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) 32 CFR 117
Complete understanding of DoD security requirements
Must have an active U.S. Government final security clearance at the Secret level
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing training and briefings
Experience with automated security systems (access control, IDS, CCTV etc.) Experience with DISS and SIMS
Relevant professional certifications
Familiar with Northrop Grumman policies and procedures
Experience with ICD-705 requirements
