Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager at Coastline Equity in Gardena, CA. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-site portfolio, management of maintenance and property management staff, client relations, property maintenance, lease management, budgeting, and financial reporting for a portfolio of real estate assets.

Requirements

• Property Management, Real Estate Operations, and Lease Management skills
• Strong understanding of property maintenance and budgeting
• Tenant Relations and Customer Service skills
• Financial Reporting and Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
