Job Description
The Director of Product Management for Experian Employer Services (EES) – Tax Credits and Incentives will manage the EES Tax Credits and Incentives product area and drive planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle - including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Client Services, Contracts and Compliance and external partners to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals are met. The role also includes ensuring that the Tax Credit roadmap supports Experian Employer Services overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities include:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Experian Employer Services Tax Credit and Incentives business
- Build high performing, bold, committed team. Foster collaborative approach that pushes boundaries
- Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Be an expert with respect to the industry, competition and emerging players
- Act as a leader within Experian and the industry
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams including sales, technical development, legal, compliance and marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance, to develop thought leadership and marketing plans, product positioning and other functions
- Collaborate regularly with various internal teams on industry events, marketing campaigns and collateral development

Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience in employer services and specifically tax credits and incentives.
- WOTC expertise preferred.
- 5+ years of product management or related experience creating software products.
- Knowledge of the Tax Credits and incentives competitive landscape.
- Experience with Agile and/or Lean software development methodology.
