Overview

As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a hands‑on execution role supporting strategic projects, integration programs, and leadership operations. This position will build executive‑ready presentations, manage project trackers, conduct analysis, and maintain the infrastructure and process artifacts (dashboards, playbooks, RACIs) that keep initiatives moving from plan to delivery.

This position will report to the Director of Strategy, US Wealth Advisory

Responsibilities

  • Keep leadership organized and on track by managing operating cadences, agendas, key deliverables, and cross‑functional accountability.
  • Support development of strategic priorities, business cases, operating models, and long‑term roadmaps.
  • Drive day‑to‑day project management across strategic workstreams, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow‑ups.
  • Conduct market, competitive, financial, and advisor/client analyses to produce actionable insights for leadership.
  • Build clear, compelling executive presentations and written communications that support decision‑making.
  • Maintain business KPIs, dashboards, and operating review materials that support performance management.
  • Identify process improvements and support change management efforts to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

5-6 years in strategy, consulting, PMO, or business operations (wealth/financial services preferred; internships count).

  • Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive; excellent written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $96,800-122,100 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
