Summary of Performance Expectations:
Provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for provider compensation and operational activities within Catawba Valley Medical Group. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, assist with coordinating timekeeping and documentation, supporting data collection, and ensuring timely processing of compensation-related information. Performs a variety of office duties to include management and organization of confidential materials and records, provide support services to CVMG practices as assigned; collecting and reporting data, validating information as directed by the Director of Provider Compensation; coordinating internal and external functions and reporting requirements of the Catawba Valley Medical Group. Supports the CVMG Practices with daily operational functions in coordination with the Director of Provider Compensation and Operations Managers as needed.
Education & Credentials:
Required
Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and skills needed to compile and validate data.

Work Experience:
Required
Two years of administrative experience with focus on accounting procedures, customer service, utilization of MS Office applications and confidential records management. Ability to exercise independent problem solving and goal setting skills. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
Preferred
Experience entering, validating, and maintaining data in Excel and communicating results with providers.
