About the Position
The People Operations Generalist, Associate is a senior-level professional who is integral to overseeing essential processes such as benefits administration, compensation, and compliance while supporting impactful People Operations projects. This role will be vital in shaping a seamless and exceptional team member experience, fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive. Please submit your resume and a cover letter. Knowledge

  • People Operations Acumen: Strong expertise in benefits administration, compensation, compliance, and leave of absence management. A deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws is essential, with a preference for familiarity with UK employment and immigration regulations. PHR or SHRM-CP credentials are preferred. Experience with PEOs or establishment of new entities, a plus.
  • People Operations Tools: Proficient with HR Information Systems (BambooHR or similar)

  • Operational Rigor: Ensures the smooth execution of People Operations processes while proactively identifying gaps and inefficiencies. Recommends improvements and collaborates with stakeholders to refine workflows, contributing to enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Communication: Demonstrates advanced communication skills, effectively tailoring written, verbal, and interpersonal messaging to diverse audiences and adapting to various situations with confidence. Anticipates common inquiries, proactively delivering clear, detailed responses while handling complex and sensitive questions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Writing Skills: Demonstrates strong professional writing skills, crafting well-structured communications, including employee announcements, policy updates, and detailed email responses with minimal oversight. Adapts tone and style to different audiences and situations. Writes and refines process documentation independently, focusing on accuracy, logical organization, and readability. Distills complex People Operations topics into easily digestible content and collaborates with stakeholders to refine messaging.
  • Data Management: Ensures employee records are accurate, organized, and compliant across BambooHR and other systems. Identifies and resolves inconsistencies, and collaborates on improving data processes. Drives audits and reporting needs.
