You Are:
The Proposal Senior Manager manages all aspects of proposal development for strategic or high-value sales opportunities. S/He applies proposal process, methodology and best practices. They will leads and support the color team reviews to produce quality and actionable feedback.
The Work:
- Maintains compliance with requirements, internal Accenture controls, external regulations (e.g., procurement process), and sales methodology.
- Creates RFP outline, including page allocation, based on weight of evaluation criteria.
- Implements processes to manage output from proposal resources specifically to RFP criteria.
- Ensures proposal structure complies with RFP requirements.
- Develops, scores, and maintains compliance matrix; including compliance with sales methodology.
- Aggregates proposal performance statistics.
- Monitors all communications; manages incoming communications/responses and updates requirements accordingly.
- Manages resources, coordinates action items from internal reviews, and interacts with proposal teams to complete work products.
- Interfaces with Bid Architects, Campaign Leads, and Solution Architect to ensure consistency, concurrency, and accuracy of messages across volumes.
- Maintains collaboration with appropriate Accenture organizational units and subcontractors (or prime if subcontracting) for all activities including clarifications. Coordinates activities between local and remote resources.
- Coordinate with multiple organizations, including but not limited to Marketing, Contracts, Legal, Pricing, etc.
- Participates in and contributes to process development and Team internal initiatives
- Acts as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues
Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10 years of industry experience
- Experience managing proposals for large, multi-million dollar opportunities

- 15+ years of industry experience

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $127,900 - $252,100
Colorado: $ 127,900 - $217,700
New York: $118,500 - $252,100
Washington State: $136,200 - $231,900
