Hotel Polaris is seeking an exceptional IT Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the success of Hotel Polaris, an instant icon on the hospitality landscape of Colorado Springs. Your efforts significantly influence the unique and distinctive experiences we seek to deliver to our guests and team members alike. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration, security, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all on-site hardware and software.
  • Support of end user, infrastructure, back office, and guest environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all hardware, systems, and software licensing.
  • Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Technical on-site project lead for installations and upgrades of property systems and hardware.
  • Manage warranties, replacements, and upgrades of all hardware and infrastructure.
  • Maintain IT audit compliance.
  • Maintain PCI compliance.
  • Communicate and enforce adherence to all company IT security standards, practices, and requirements.
  • Technical project manager partnering with site departments to develop criterion for software system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Associate of Arts Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Technology or equivalent levels of certification and/or demonstrated on-the-job skills required.
  • Certification in A+, Network+, Security+, or systems currently used at property preferred. 
  • Experience in a comparable AAA Four Diamond/Four Star hotel kitchen or higher is highly desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft software required. Experience in a networked computer environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
  • Knowledge of wireless (Wi-Fi) systems.

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000/yr
