Therapy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional therapy professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants, to deliver top-notch care to our patients.

You will play a critical role in expanding our therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment:

• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality therapy professionals.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.

Candidate Engagement:

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working at Mirage post acute, highlighting the company culture, mission, and career development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Partner with the Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Collaborate with the onboarding and human resources teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
• Utilize data to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.

Education & Experience:

• High School Education- Associates Degree preferred
• Previous Customer Service Experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Therapy recruitment, including familiarity with therapy professions and licensing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting goals.
