Mobile Refurbished Business Operations, Program Management Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

Role and Responsibilities

This position provides strategic direction, project management oversight and expertise to partner with business units to drive the development of the operational improvement by performing as an internal consultant and a continuous improvement management. This position requires excellent communication skills, excellent relationship building and emotional intelligence and self-motivation.

• Contribute to developing a short/long term overseas operation model (US/Vietnam)
• Involve in a broad range of activities such as buffer build, monthly demand analysis, creating transition plan and acquiring buffer stock for order fulfilment
• Work cross-functionally with other service department to roll out new processes or programs
• Work with SEV RB team to coordinate production implementation and delivery
• Closely manage the WIP (Work in Progress, Inventory in line) volume status
• Coordinate and develop cooperation and support from key business owners and stakeholders
• Oversee, lead and participate in projects meetings with other service department
• Work with management to define risk mitigation action plans to resolve process gaps
• Ensure inter-department priorities are aligned and make sure that management has all information for making decisions
• Gain acceptance of process efficiencies and obtain senior management buy-in to achieve business objective
• Develop a long-term, customer focused plan, create timeline and define key success indicators that support organizational goals
• Ensure completion of tasks and seek the final decision from management

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of job related experience.  Prior experience in telecommunications a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean (speak, read, translate Korean to English)
• Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Experience conducting internal and third party audits required. Must be able to write, read, analyze and interpret technical journals and procedures.
• Must be able to speak in mathematical/statistical terms (normality, probability, complex numbers, and logarithms are commonly used as references).
• Skilled at evaluating data from multiple angles to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
