THE JOB:
As a Surveillance Operator, you’ll be part of a high-impact team that works behind the scenes to protect the heart of the casino. You’ll collaborate with partner departments to ensure a safe, fair, and secure environment—empowering both employees and guests to enjoy an exceptional gaming experience while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Be the eyes of the casino by using advanced surveillance technology to monitor live activity, identify suspicious behavior, and help protect guests, employees, and assets.

• Step into action behind the scenes—review video footage, investigate incidents, and document key findings that contribute to the safety and integrity of casino operations.

• Stay sharp and in the know by mastering game rules, regulations, and cutting-edge software while collaborating with teams across the property to support a world-class guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years old

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong math skills (Preferred)

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$26.00

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
