Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Managing Director of Residential and Facility-Based Services is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and performance of Integrated Services for behavioral health, Mary Hill Youth and Family Center. This role oversees clinical programming, daily operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, trauma-informed services. This position works collaboratively with internal teams, community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, maintain census goals, and support organizational objectives. This role involves rotating on-call coverage.
The salary for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually, based on experience
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical and therapeutic programming within the 24/7 residential program
- Oversee performance management, recruitment, and professional development of the program
- Ensure services are trauma-informed, family-centered, and aligned with evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows that support program effectiveness and compliance
- Develop, manage, and monitor the program budget to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, funding, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to CARF, OMAS qualifications and standards
- Monitor quality of care, treatment outcomes, incident trends, and client satisfaction to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, referral sources, community partners, and child-serving systems to support continuity of care
- Lead a team focused on accountability, engagement, retention, and professional development
- Performs clinical treatment with the program to maintain coverage requirements when needed
- Must be able to follow all residential safety protocols
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education/ Licensure:
- A high school diploma or GED is equivalent is required
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare or a related field is required
- A master’s degree in counseling, social work, nursing, or a
