BCM - Sivakumar Sampath Senior Principal Cloud Architect Role Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Principal Cloud Architect with 22+ years of industry experience to lead the design, modernization, and governance of enterprise-scale cloud-native and Big Data platforms. This role demands deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to align cloud strategies with business objectives across large, complex organizations. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and own end-to-end cloud architecture for large-scale data platforms, cloud applications, and distributed systems. Architect high-performance Big Data solutions using PySpark, batch and real-time data processing frameworks. Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-optimized solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Establish enterprise-wide reference architectures, standards, and best practices. Big Data & Data Engineering Leadership Lead design and optimization of Big Data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, and streaming pipelines. Drive implementation of PySpark-based ETL/ELT frameworks for large-scale structured and unstructured data. Review and guide performance tuning, scalability, and fault tolerance of data pipelines.
