What this job can offer you

• Planning and executing regional marketing activities in the DACH region
• Working on demand and lead generation activities to ensure measurable MQL and sales opportunity pipeline creation - with a strong focus on local events, webinars and content syndication
• Aligning with the central marketing organization, sales, SDR and partnerships teams to help reach our core target audiences
• Working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both critical thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
• Tracking KPIs, reporting and evaluating performance to continuously optimize marketing activities and maximize ROI

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in field or regional marketing and/or event management for B2B companies
• Profound project management skills and attention to detail
• Native or bi-lingual proficiency in German
• Experience in the HR or startup industry is a big plus
• CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
• Willingness to travel to events in the DACH region

Job responsibilities

• A team member who will support our Senior Regional Marketing Manager, DACH to refine and execute the already created marketing plan
• The perfect candidate has already some relevant B2B marketing experience, that delivered results (demand and lead generation as well as pipeline)
• Good understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams
• Ability to collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders
• A person, who is highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paces startup environment
• A cheerful person who will help out with other EMEA related tasks to support the EMEA marketing team
• Proactive, self-starter approach to everything
• You are a practical thinker, high on delivery
• Ability to keep good track of plans and budgets to help track ROI
• Fluent in speaking and writing in German and English

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $34,700 USD to $117,200 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level.
