Period of employment / Hours:

Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of 24 months.

Duties:

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business and systems analysis, including process review and redesign.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver technology projects and initiatives.
• Document requirements, manage testing and training, and support deployment.
• Apply project and change management methodologies.
• Assist the Project Manager and contribute to broader ITMS priorities.

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

• Demonstrated extensive experience in business and systems analysis, re-engineering, and process mapping in supporting implementation of new, or enhancing existing, technologies.
• Demonstrated project management and change management skills to support the development and implementation of business applications and tools to achieve business outcomes.
• Highly developed oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate and problem solve with business units, stakeholders, and vendors.

Desirable Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience in the conduct of business and systems-based analysis, delivery of technology-based change and/or implementation of new technologies.
• Current certifications in business analysis, project management or change management.
