Job Description

• Build trusted partnership with business leaders to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions.  
• Create links between operational and financial performance, aligning priorities and goals across business units. Develop rituals to reinforce those links and drive value. 
• Uncover inefficiencies, enable data driven decision making and create processes to track progress vs aligned goals. 
• Handle complex priorities and provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events. 
• Collect, analyze and coordinate quantitative data and create reports to highlight efficiency opportunities and cost optimization. 
• Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely. 

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar discipline 
• 5-8 years’ experience in a Finance, FP&A or Controlling role.  
• Exceptional communication skills in English. German proficiency is also highly valued.  
• Comfortable aligning across multiple stakeholders and influencing business decisions in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. 
• Advanced Excel with experience financial modeling, developing business cases and creating actionable reporting.
