We are only able to accept applications for those based in Czechia or have sponsorship to live and work in Czechia. </span>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll do at Jamf:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. </p> <p>The Senior Product Owner facilitates the development of valuable products that meet the needs of Jamf customers and deliver toward the company strategy. They play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and product development. They work closely with product managers (PMs) and engineering teams to turn roadmap initiatives into backlog items, prioritize the backlog based on business and customer needs, and deliver new product features to the market. They help coach and mentor Product Owners, and drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Product team. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The Product Owner reports directly to the Product Manager. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can expect to do in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drives and facilitates relationships with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and evaluating scope </li> <li>Maintains and synthesizes cross functional team’s records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira)</li> <li>Directs and inspires multiple engineering teams to build the most valuable product, in the smallest shippable increments, with measurable high quality, to fulfill Jamf’s vision </li> <li>Defines acceptance criteria for each assigned product increment and validates outcomes during and after delivery </li> <li>Works with Product Managers and Engineering team(s) to break down work into increments small enough to plan and estimate with high confidence </li> <li>Defines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and suggests metrics for monitoring and usage</li> <li>Deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints of the technical product to make informed decisions and guide development efforts. </li> <li>Documents and Guides technical integrations and dependencies</li> <li>Acts as the final decision maker to define what is in and out of scope for a product sprint </li> <li>Identifies, communicates, and mitigates when possible the risks to their product development plans </li> <li>Participates in Scrum ceremonies and events </li> <li>Subject Matter Expert (SME)  in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer for engineering teams </li> <li>Mentors and coaches other Product Owners on the core product owner responsibilities and about Jamf customers, products, and operations</li> <li>Leads efforts to improve Product operations, collaborating with Product Managers and Product Leadership</li> <li>Lead cross portfolio collaboration to develop, deliver and maintain software in working with senior stakeholders in both product and engineering.</li> <li>May perform individual duties of a product manager to bridge the gap between business objectives and product development. </li> <li>Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <p><span>Required skills and knowledge:</span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years working with, leading, and motivating teams </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant Product Owner experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality products</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Preferred skills and knowledge:</span></p> <ul> <li>Experience as a member of a complex team, such as distributed/remote or international </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years delivering product in an Agile development environment </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years working with the Atlassian software suite </li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How we help you reach your best potential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Named a
