Demand Planning Analyst

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL

Purpose:

Follows up and supports the cross consolidation of invoicing forecasts within a Business Unit -BU- (definition of the Commitment to Deliver).

Main Responsibilities:

Consolidates invoicing forecast among Sub Business Units (SubBU's). Verifies it against supply feasibility -Production Plan, Transportation constrains, distribution bottlenecks, etc.- (Commitment to Supply -CTS).
Specifically for stock management, controls that the necessary information on sales forecast, contingency stocks, etc. is correct.
Controls through KPIs (forecast accuracy, etc.) the compliance of CTD, and promotes commercial and supply actions if necessary.
Analyzes that bookings and previsions comply with the projected demand of each SubBU and at BU level. Consolidates info on plant load overview.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
