Job Description:
Grand Villa Palm Coast Assisted Living Facility is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic part-time servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents during evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after meals
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal orders
- Provide excellent customer service and address resident needs and preferences
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with residents
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
