About the role

The postgraduate pharmacy fellowship program in Clinical Research is a structured, two-year training experience that provides clinical pharmacists with innovative training in conducting clinical research while advancing clinical practice experiences.

The overall goal of the fellowship program is to provide comprehensive training to prepare a pharmacy fellow to design, initiate, conduct, manage, monitor and evaluate patient outcomes. As part of this training, the fellow will participate in interdisciplinary research teams and work on individual projects to evaluate clinical outcomes using evidence-based approaches.

  • Advance Clinical Pharmacist Practice, Management/Leadership and Clinical Research Skills
  • Gain academic training, including teaching and research skills in the School of Pharmacy at MCPHS University, Boston.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

Required:

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • A minimum of one year of postgraduate pharmacy residency training in the U.S. or equivalent
  • Candidates must be U.S. licensed pharmacists. If the candidate is not licensed to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts, the candidate must become licensed to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts within the first three months of the fellowship program.
