About the role

Maintenance Technician Supervisor We are hiring immediately a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the maintenance staff to ensure commercial vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and repairs are in completed within company and federal regulations at our North Little Rock, AR location. If your background includes diesel technician, supervision or related experience and excellent customer service skills, please apply! Responsibilities

Schedule regular inspections in compliance with all Federal DOT, OSHA and EPA regulations
Ensure operations of mechanical components by performing PM, rebuilding/troubleshooting procedures on commercial vehicle related equipment.
Appraises performance, coaches, counsel, rewards and disciplines employees. Maintains harmony among workers and resolves conflicts.
Interview job candidates, hire new personnel and responsible for termination of employees as necessary.
Control equipment downtime by monitoring repair times and assisting employees as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting.
