What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for an Instructional Systems Design Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.
More About the Role:
As the selected candidate, you will design formal and informal training for in-person (deskside and classroom) and distance methods (DVTC, IC Connect), as part of CACI’s MARS FSR-PM team, supporting the MARS Program Management Office (PMO) pertaining to:
Infrastructure Capability, order of battle, MARS mission module, Intelligence mission data, cyber, and space/counterspace
Design and implement Level 1 (reaction/attitudes) and Level 2 (learning outcomes) assessments to determine the quality of training conducted.
Design and implement Level 3 (application/transfer) assessments to determine incorporation of skills into job performance.
Identify performance gaps to create course content.
Research and implement instructional strategies for adult learning.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Working understanding of the DIAs Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB) and familiarization with the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS).
Working knowledge and use of adult learning, course and curriculum evaluation, the ADDIE model, and Bloom’s Taxonomy
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience as a DoD or University instructor providing instruction and training.
Experience with the intelligence analysis process with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Knowledge of the National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF), Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable Executive Orders.
Experience using Adobe Captivate

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
