Responsibility:

• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals or assist clients in the kitchen.
• Help with light housekeeping and errands.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities.
• Respond promptly and responsibly to emergencies.
• Report any unusual incidents or concerns.
