Job Description
Take ownership of comprehensive bookkeeping operations across multiple business entities in this dynamic retail environment. You'll be the
financial cornerstone of a growing operation, managing everything from daily transactions to complex reconciliation. You'll have the autonomy to optimize financial processes while ensuring accuracy across multiple business entities.
Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile sales data from point-of-sale software to QuickBooks
- Process and enter vendor invoices
- Manage accounts payable and process bill payments
- Perform bank account reconciliation
- Reconcile merchant services accounts
- Handle credit card reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business entities
- Ensure data consistency between POS system and QuickBooks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of US accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated reconciliation skills
- Understanding of US tax laws and IRS requirements
- English language fluency
- Experience handling multiple business entities preferred
