Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Technician Assistant to support our technical operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop hands-on technical skills while working alongside experienced technicians. The Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with installations, maintenance, and repair tasks

• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for service assignments

• Support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics under supervision

• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Provide professional and courteous support during service visits

• Complete basic documentation and service-related reports
