Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating production trade qualifications, training standards, procedures, and trends and recommending effective training improvements to ensure personnel gain the necessary knowledge and skills to meet project schedule and mission requirements for repairing and overhauling naval vessels.
