Axuall's investors and the organizations they represent comprise over two dozen of the nation's leading healthcare organizations that recognize the imperative to improve clinical workforce efficiency amid significant economic and staffing challenges.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Axuall is seeking an experienced, client-facing healthcare analytics professional to lead executive engagements for our workforce intelligence suite of products. These products combine Axuall's curated clinical workforce data network with AI, so health system leaders can answer their hardest workforce and market questions in days rather than weeks.&nbsp;You will be the person who sits down with a CMO, COO, or department chair, understands the decision they are facing, and uses Claude and Axuall's data to produce the analysis, report, or interactive tool that answers it. You will also help us learn which of those engagements are repeatable, and those learnings will shape the library of agents and analyses we offer.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>As a member of the product organization, with a dotted line to our head of Customer Experience, you will own client engagements for Axuall's workforce intelligence suite, from first conversation to finished deliverable. Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Partner directly with health system leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, department chairs, recruiting and credentialing leaders) to understand their strategic questions and define the analysis that answers them</li> <li>Lead collaborative design sessions with customers and prospects, in person and virtual</li> <li>Use Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector to run analyses, test hypotheses, and build deliverables: reports, spreadsheets, slides, and interactive tools</li> <li>Cover topics such as provider market supply and demand, recruitment targets and feasibility, competitor and alignment analysis, attrition and succession exposure, and service-line growth</li> <li>Review every output for accuracy and executive usefulness before it reaches a client.
