• Support the development and enhancement of Dometic's A/C product portfolio for Land Vehicles Americas.
• This project will involve analyzing product positioning, evaluating market potential, identifying pricing opportunities, and supporting go-to-market strategies for our products.
• The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of product management, ensuring alignment between product innovation, customer needs, and business objectives.

Your main responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing 48V ecosystem products.
• Conduct pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for market differentiation and profitability improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and SART) to understand technical features and translate them into product positioning.
• Assist in developing business cases, financial models, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Participate in market research to assess customer needs, trends, and emerging opportunities related to 48V solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to product lifecycle management and internal communication.
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:

• Education: Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college (minimum rising sophomore level).
• Field of Study: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines with interest in product strategy and commercialization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience or coursework involving data analysis, pricing models, or market research.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable engaging with engineering and technical teams to understand product functionality, features, and technical trade-offs.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of go-to-market strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Curiosity and Initiative: Demonstrated curiosity about products, customer needs, and market dynamics, with the ability to take initiative and propose improvements.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar analytical tools); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the confidence to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, SART, etc.).
