Job Description:
 

  • Ensure the pursuit of the company’s mission and the achievement of objectives.
     
  • In line with the directives of the Aperam group, define sales strategy and objectives, developing all possible synergies between Aperam Italia Service Centers.
     
  • Manage, organize, and lead the entire commercial division to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives in terms of volumes, margins, number of customers, and top-line revenue.
     
  • Support the integration of the commercial structure with the production and supply chain functions.
     
  • Guarantee growth and results in terms of commercial performance.
     
  • Develop the commercial budget and define the sales policy aimed at achieving it based on appropriate market analyses.
     
  • Lead and animate the Commercial Pilotage to ensure strategic and commercial consistency in the Italian market.
     
  • Develop new products and commercial projects.
     
  • Define and negotiate the selling price to enhance product value in the target market.
     
  • In collaboration with the procurement function and the CEO, define the raw material purchasing policy.
     
  • Responsible for the product offering and sales order planning.
     
  • Participate in the definition of global contracts.
     
  • Manage customer relationships to maintain and/or improve established relationships, with the aim of creating further business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:
 

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in the economic-financial field.
     
  • Proven experience in the commercial field, preferably in multinational companies.
     
  • Knowledge of main IT tools (Google, Office, SAP, e-aperam, Gipsi, AS400, LinkedIn, etc.).
     
  • Availability for national and international travel.
     
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
