Makes recommendations to improve responsiveness, accuracy, usability, and reliability of financial, budgetary, and accounting operations, transactions, and reporting.

Participates in new software procurement including requirement gathering, initial studies, creation of functional and technical  specification and evaluation of vendor interviews and responses.
