Qualifications:
- Prefer minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Trustworthy (works with food stock and district-owned equipment).
- Dependable.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Physical health as required to perform job functions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A demonstrated aptitude / competence to complete assigned responsibilities.
- Other, as immediate supervisor deems appropriate and necessary.
Job Functions:
- Implement all required regulatory agency guidelines.
- Supervise kitchen employees.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of meals are served.
- Perform daily record keeping, prepayments and all computer functions accurately.
- Compile orders, complete inventory, production records, accountability, and other reports.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate positively with students, co-workers, school staff and parents.
- Have the ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
- Perform additional tasked as assigned by Director of Food Service.

Conditions:
- Requires prolonged standing and walking.
- Requires physical exertion to manually move, life, carry, and/or push heavy objects weighting in excess of thirty (30) pounds.
- Requires bending, twisting, and turning, as well as repetitive motion.
