The RBC US Enterprise Value Creation (US EVC) team is a high-impact, strategy-driven function that is dedicated to driving sustainable, long-term value across RBC’s businesses in the U.S., our Second Home Market. Rooted in a rigorous and results-oriented mindset at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, the team identifies and executes initiatives that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes, and works closely with Lines of Business and Functional Units leadership teams to ensure that value creation is both impactful and enduring.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join the US EVC team. The Associate, US Enterprise Value Creation role focuses on tracking and reporting progress on complex, high-impact key initiatives, preparing high-quality presentations for governance forums, and ensuring effective implementation of governance frameworks. The Associate will work closely with the US EVC team and senior stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and actionable updates on initiative performance, while contributing to the success of transformative projects that drive growth and operational excellence.
What will you do?
- Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives across the U.S. portfolio, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple stakeholders to provide accurate and timely updates on initiative performance
- Develop and maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for governance forums, including Board meetings, U.S. Executive Committee reviews, and senior leadership updates
- Collaborate with the EVC team and senior leaders to gather insights and translate complex information into actionable and impactful deliverables
- Contribute to the execution of cross-business initiatives by providing thoughtful research support, data analysis, reporting and coordination assistance
- Collaborate with the EVC team to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency in tracking and reporting activities
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker, with solid experience in tracking, reporting, or project management within a financial services or capital markets environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and report on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, visually engaging, and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships across teams and diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with competing priorities
Nice-to-have
- MBA or graduate/post-graduate or professional designations or equivalent
- Direct background in the U.S. banking, capital markets, and wealth management sectors, with hands-on understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization tools

The expected salary range for this particular position is $80,000-$135,000 , depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its
