The Build and Warehouse Lead will play an integral role in ensuring kits and products are put together, shipped, and on location to support the Implementation Teams and the needs of our customers. This will be
accomplished by standardizing workflows and templates for kits, managing a small team of Warehouse Technicians, and directing accurate inventory controls in/out of the WMS.

General Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

  ● Kit Builds

• Standardize kit lists by technology/project across all sports:

• Develop and manage proficient kit lists for commercial, directors of sport and implementation teams to reference during planning

• Templates to be maintained in WMS and consistently updated

• Receive and process hardware requests from all teams in business, and trigger workflows to procurement and planning where necessary

● Daily Direction of Warehouse Tech Responsibilities

• This will include delegation of many of the following activities

Hardware:

● Warehouse Goods In:

• Process Management and Enhancement: Help establish, maintain, and refine the processes for goods inbound operations.

• Seamless Delivery Handling: Facilitate the efficient management of incoming deliveries and ensure timely updates in ClickUp, relevant Slack channel notifications and proper storage within the warehouse.

• Inventory Integration (WMS): Ensure incoming goods are promptly inventoried for accurate stock tracking

● Warehouse Goods Out

• Process Maintenance and Refinement: This includes training, consistent standard upkeep, and continuous process improvement efforts.

• Efficient Shipment Request Handling: Facilitate a swift response to shipment requests made via ClickUp and gather the requested hardware, perform necessary configurations, and ensure timely pickup by FedEx.

• Inventory Integration (WMS): Ensure outgoing goods are promptly processed for accurate stock tracking

●“Picking”

• Assist all teams in pulling inventory off of shelves for projects

● RMA

• Streamlined RMA Process: Oversee all RMA Processes, ensuring operational teams are trained comprehensively.

• Facilitate the return of broken hardware and manage the entire RMA lifecycle effectively.

• Testing and Resolution Workflow: Assist in the development of a process for testing RMA hardware to identify root issues.

• Supplier Collaboration for Fixes: Establish communication and processes to collaborate with suppliers for hardware repairs and engage with partners such as SuperMicro, TruVu, Universal Systems, and Blackmagic to ensure efficient resolution.

● Design and Function

• Set up and maintain a functioning work area for builds

• Assist with workstation reservation process

• Ensure stations are functional and have hardware that HE workers need to

• complete their build/test

• Set up and maintain a functioning work area for daily work in Warehouse

• Coordinating with relevant sports teams

• Help maintain a functioning warehouse areas: safe and easy to access shelving and designated project and operations areas

● R+D of new Technologies in collaboration with Procurement Lead

• To ensure effective kit list maintenance, planning, and auditing. Will attend calls with global groups to keep up to date on all changes and updates with technology across all sports

● Logistics

• Create shipments for kits and hardware to have it arrive at the time specified by the implementation teams

• Create Freight BOLs using SOS Global or Requesting BOL to be created by Office Admin/Projects Coordinator

• Balance build completion date with installation date to build the kit to the highest quality while also considering shipment costs of rapid delivery
