Job Summary:
This position will lead and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable lift electric maintenance of Park City’s vast and varied lift system – the largest in Utah. This role will have a massive responsibility and massive impact delivering lift reliability to thousands of guests daily, defining their on-mountain experience at Park City Mountain. The Senior Manager of Lift Electric will serve as an integral member of the Lift Maintenance leadership team at Park City and will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated technicians, fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and excellence.
Job Specifications:
- Location: Park City Mountain Resort
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full Time
- The budgeted range starts at $100,000 - $123,227 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
Job Responsibilities:

To Lead the safe and efficient day-to-day Lift Electric maintenance operations of Lifts, including construction as appropriate for chairlift equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsible for leading safe and reliable lift electric maintenance operations and providing the quality and reliable service required by our guests and Vail Resorts.

Responsible for assuring the lifts comply with ANSI B77.1, UPRSC, and Vail Resorts rules and regulations.

Assist Director in tracking operating/capital expenses and ensure proper allocation of expenditures.

Responsible for conduct, training, Lift Dept. Policies, Vail Resorts policies, and ensuring paperwork & procedures are completed in a timely manner.

Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of all lift electrical maintenance personnel.

Responsible for summer and winter preventive electrical maintenance programs and summer maintenance programs to include inspection of work performed to maximize lift safety and relia
