Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)can provide direct nursing services which include periodic health assessments, teaching, skilled intervention, care coordination, and medication management / medication administration. All of this takes place in the client's home!

Utopia provides a full spectrum of nursing services such as Medical / Surgical, Wound Care, Orthopedic Care, and Behavioral Health. We are especially looking for:

• LPN who can work a flexible schedule
• Behavioral Health experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a home care setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
