Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Social Service Program Planner IV to serve as a specialist team member in conceptualizing, designing, planning, and coordinating on-site monitoring of the most complex social service programs for specified community agencies funded by DHS related to services provided to recipients with either mental illness or developmental disabilities. Reviews reports prepared by lower-level staff and recommends, as a program specialist team member, revisions, and improvements. Conducts the most complex inspections and reviews agencies’ treatment documentation and operations and determines compliance. Serves as a designated lead worker. Investigates complaints under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Accreditation and Licensure. Travels in the performance of job duties.
