Although working separately on different phases of the product lifecycle, both teams are dedicated to creating scalable, high-quality technologies that influence their clients' success. </p><p>In an Agile environment, you will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and bi-weekly grooming sessions. Your focus will be on platform migration and new feature development, with responsibility for deliverables at each sprint cycle. </p><p>Depending on your team, your focus may vary slightly: one team manages the initial phase of each project, breaking down campaign briefs into structured tasks; the <strong>other</strong> transforms raw survey data into actionable audience segments.
