By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organization whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Team/Role Overview:</u></b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking an outstanding candidate for a senior business analyst position to join our <b>Design & Execution Team</b> within the <b>Valuation Control Group (VCG)</b> which is part of the Finance Controllers organization.</p><p>This role is critical and influential in helping <b>shape and drive process and technology change</b> as well as <b>lead innovation</b> across the group. This is a senior individual contributor role.</p><p></p><p>The VCG Design & Execution team is primarily responsible for defining and implementing the Firm’s vision of a best in class Valuation Control function.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What you'll do:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Working alongside the broader VCG team to design and implement a Best In Class Finance function</p></li><li><p>Delivery of business requirement and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programs, in line with Citi documentation standards</p></li><li><p>Partnering with Technology to deliver the right infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to both the Valuation Control vision and best in class Finance direction</p></li><li><p>Appropriately assessing risks and issues related to the projects and ensuring timely and effective escalation</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder management covering global Valuation Control teams and leads, Technology partners and Internal Audit</p></li><li><p>Creating ideas and insight of how the Valuation Control process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively</p></li><li><p>Support change management design, development, delivery and management of communications; Lead roll out changes with key stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Act as point of contact for leaders within Valuation Control, helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor</p></li><li><p>Create actionable deliverables and drive the agenda forward</p></li><li><p>Track and provide regular report updates; Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress</p></li><li><p>Inspire colleagues to work collaboratively to support learning and achieve superior results; leverage diverse styles and backgrounds to expand thinking, speed learning and improve effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Ownership of process and systems improvements, incorporating key control alignment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What we'll need from you:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>5-7 years of work experience preferred, although exceptional candidates who do not meet this criteria may be considered for the role</p></li><li><p>Experience in business analyst role for complex system implementation projects</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the software development lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Finance and/or Product Control / Valuation Control experience is preferred</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with advanced data tools (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc) will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Leadership skills / people management experience will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong planning & organisational skills; advanced analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed information; Confident and able to achieve objectives via working with and influencing others</p></li><li><p>Must have resilience, tenacity and a desire & passion to succeed in a fast moving, dynamic and forward looking environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</p></li><li><p>Master’s degree preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What we can offer you:</u></b></p><p></p><p>By joining Citi Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (<b>2 days working at home per week</b>), but also receive a competitive compensation package and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well:</p><ul><li><p>Paid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave); A supportive workplace for professionals returning to the office from childcare leave</p></li><li><p>Award-winning pension plan, multisport, holiday allowance</p></li><li><p>Private Medical Care Program, Group Life Insurance</p></li><li><p>Consideration for annual discretionary bonus</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program</p></li><li><p>Access to a wide var
