Position Summary:
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department at The Woodruff Arts Center. This position provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations across all three divisions. The HR Administrator will assist with maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, payroll preparation and benefits administration, and providing exceptional service to employees.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the HR Team.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and training sessions, offered by The Human Resources team
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as required
Process HR files and records, both physical and electronic, as assigned
Process and track HR invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
Responsible for ordering HR office supplies.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports, as assigned
Coordinate the maintenance and update of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with the administration of HRIS systems and employee files
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as a point of contact for the HR department.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 9am- 5pm.
Hybrid -3 days in office
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in Human Resources.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
