: Apr 25, 2025Reporting Manager Title: Area Superintendent-ECR:This is a remote/ rotational position, working a rotational schedule, in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.
Job Purpose:
The Camp Maintenance Lead is responsible for the safety, scheduling, direction, coordination and supervision of Contractor’s craft personnel and equipment resources to accomplish maintenance work in a safe, environmentally responsible, and productive manner. This position involves supervision of one or more trade groups in a particular discipline.
Essential Job Functions:
· Plans and supervises workforce which consists of multiple crafts in performance of assigned work activities. This may include determination of manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, work schedules and documentation of actual hours worked.
